The undisputed star of our first courses is our homemade pasta: tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi and papardelle served with a variety of sauces based on seasonal ingredients. We suggest you try our famous pappardelle with wild boar rag¬¬ù, one of the signature dishes of Tuscan cooking.
